WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?

You are able to Click & Collect any product that’s available to purchase on the website at your local store. This excludes bulky items. 

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?

No, Click and Collect is a free service.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY TO PICK UP?

Once the store you have selected confirms product availability, you will receive a Ready to Collect email advising that your order is ready for collection. If you’d like Contact Free pick-up, please contact your pick up store directly to organise. Please note: Stock & availability differs from store to store.

WHAT DO I TAKE IN STORE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

When collecting your order in store you will need a copy of your order confirmation email and valid photo identification.
Valid photo identification includes Driver's Licence, Passport and Proof of Age Card. 

CAN SOMEONE COLLECT THE ORDER ON MY BEHALF?

If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, you can nominate a person when you checkout.
They will need a copy of the order confirmation email and valid photo identification.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Your order will be held for 7 days after being confirmed as ready for pick up.
If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to return all or part of your order, you can do so at the store you collected your order from.
