Does a gift card expire?

A Toyworld gift card expires 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue. The expiry date appears on the back of the gift card.

How long does it take for a digital gift voucher to be issued?

Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery and activation on weekends and up to 12 hours on weekdays.

How long will it take for a physical gift card ordered online to arrive?

Delivery takes 3 - 10 days, depending on the dispatch date and delivery location.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery confirmation?

Which stores can I redeem a gift card in?

Toyworld gift cards can be used at any Toyworld store except Ceduna, Cootamundra, Exmouth, Narrabri, and Thursday Island.

Can I order a gift card if I live overseas?

Yes, but you must use an Australian shipping address.

Can I add more money onto a gift card?

No, additional funds cannot be added.

Can I get my money refunded?

Gift cards are non-refundable. The balance can be used for future purchases until it reaches $0.

Can I withdraw money from my gift card?

No, gift cards can only be used for purchases.

What do I do if I damage or lose my gift card?

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.

I have a non-Toyworld branded gift card that says it's redeemable at Toyworld. How do I use it?

I entered my gift card details at checkout but did not finalize my order. Has my card been charged?

Once applied, the amount is held for 24 hours. If the order is not completed, the funds will be released.
